We are excited to announce a new initiative to bring modern art onto the museum's walls. 

 

Each month will have an interpretive theme for artists to explore and express.

Adding this aspect of Mattapoisett's culture will bring local creativity and inspiration to the museum. We encourage artistic freedom  in the interpretation of themes, use of medium,  and expression of talent. We look forward to seeing all the amazing works of art!
