MUSIC AT THE MUSEUM: PEBBLES OF RAIN

A FREE concert sponsored by the Mass Cultural Council

Depending on the weather, this concert may take place outdoors, but due to capacity limits inside the museum, a reservation will be required. This concert is free, but donations are always appreciated.

Its mission is to promote excellence, education, access, and diversity in the arts, humanities, and sciences, to improve the quality of life for all Massachusetts residents, and contribute to the vitality of our communities and economy.

This grant signifies that Mattapoisett Museum provides significant public value through its programs and services. Music at the Museum aims to enhance the lives of all people by bringing a diverse collection of musical artists to the museum. Through music, people of different backgrounds can come together as a community to celebrate diversity in music. Music brings the community together in ways other activities can not. Music creates an emotional connection between people, whatever their origins.
