About the Event

The Mattapoisett Museum and Tri-Town Against Racism are partnering together for a Community Read featuring An Indigenous Peoples' History of the United States by Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz with discussions on October 11 held at the Mattapoisett Museum and October 20 at the Quaker Meeting House.

We suggest you purchase the book from an independent bookseller or check it out at your local library.

There is a YA version of the book as well if you are short on time or know a teen interested in joining in on the discussion.

All are invited to attend. Please register for the date of the discussion you would like to attend but please feel free to attend both.
