About the Event

Join our guests, Lori Richard and Skip Faulkner from The Fairhaven Village Militia, a group of historical reenactors including men, women, and children who portray 18th Century life at Fort Phoenix in Fairhaven MA, and in the surrounding area.

Lori will be discussing what like was like as a child in the 18th century, including sewing, carding, and spinning wool. She will also have toys from the era for children to explore.

Skip will be showing clothing and equipment that adults would have used during that period.

There will be a 45 minute talk followed by an Q & A. This event is FREE but donations are appreciated.
